Many of the parts sold by FelgenWerks Wheels are for off-road use only. All installations are at the customer's own risk. FelgenWerks Wheels holds no responsibility for mechanical, electrical or any types of failure when using these aftermarket parts. Some items are also illegal in some states and only to be used on racing vehicles and not on public roads

All content included on this site including and not limited to text, logos, images, buttons, video clips and software, is the property of Felgenwerks Wheels. 


Once you have placed an online order, phone order, or any other type of order with FelgenWerks Wheels, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders do not always ship the same day. This is dependent on inventory, order volume and handling time. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention. 

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and product availability. If you choose to cancel the order before the item has been shipped out, a full refund may be issued. As soon as the item ships, you are subject to the 25% restocking fee and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

FelgenWerks Wheels does not refund shipping charges.

All products purchased through FelgenWerks  Wheels come with the manufacturer's warranty.  You may contact us at any time during this process.

By law, no dealership is allowed to void a warranty based on the presence of an aftermarket modification. The aftermarket part only voids the warranty of the part it is replacing. Please read the links below written by SEMA regarding this issue.

Items are usually shipped within 24-48hrs of being purchased unless they are backordered. Most items are shipped via FedEx while some are shipped via USPS. International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. This is not included in the shipping charges.


All returns must be pre-approved before items are shipped back. Approved returns must be shipped and received within 14 days of the original received date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee (shipping fees are non-refundable). Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returned items. Returns must be in brand new, resalable condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special order items. 

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48hrs of receiving the shipment. 

Overseas Return: 

Any shipments sent overseas will not apply for a refund or return.  ALL SALES ON WHEELS OVERSEAS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED**

TEST FIT WHEELS PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES. MOUNTED WHEELS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please contact us for information on terms and conditions.
